After Chris Brown found himself in a roller coaster of trouble more than a year ago Brown is showing strong signs of a turn around. His last released song Deuces was #1 on the R&B charts and was the fastest climbing hit got the year. It's his first # 1 hit since 2005. The song has a lot of creative effort and shows that Brown is serious about getting back into his music.
The heist movie he starred in Takers took the #1 spot about two weeks ago. The movie featured a strong cast of actors which included Michael Early, Idris Elba, Paul Walker and Hayden Christensen. I saw the film and found Brown to give a very solid performance. He already had already pretty much proved to be a decent actor in This Christmas. If he keeps turning in solid performances like this he will have established himself in another venue.
In all honesty I was very opposed to supporting Brown in any way after his domestic abuse squabble but he expressed how very sorry he was and time will tell if he truly meant it. As long as he continues to keep his hands tom himself I will be listening to this young talented man.
