• Executive Chef: larger establishments such as hotels will have an executive chef. This person may have much the same responsibilities as the head chef of a restaurant but on a larger scale. They may be responsible for planning the menu and setting the agenda for the style of the cuisine served, for example.

Chef Training and Qualifications
If you are 16 years of age, or older, you are able to apply for a 'Modern Apprenticeship'. Here you will be able to get practical chef training along with experience learning from other professional chefs. Once you get a Level 3 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), after about 3 years of work.
Another way is you can study full-time at a culinary college or chef training school. There are a number of City & Guilds chef qualifications at varying levels, aimed at those who want to work as professional chefs and other food outlets.

Entrer en Terre sainte

Après toutes les prières que nous avons prononcées depuis Roch Hachana – ainsi que la téchouva résolue que nous avons déclaré vouloir faire – nous construisons la souka. Cela nous permet également de construire et de proclamer un concept élevé : celui de la Sainteté d'Eretz Israël. Ça fait déjà plusieurs semaine que Marion (du bleug d'elle même...) m'a fait écouter cet album et avec le temps je l'apprécie de plus en plus. Comme ce sont des jeunes sans le sous mais qui méritent de la considération je ne vous met pas leur album en écoute mais juste quelques morceaux qu'ils n'ont pas placés sur leur Myspace (sauf "Jean Albert"). Les amateurs de bonne zic Française de caf-cons et de scène vont courir acheter "demain 11 heure" album Punk/Musette bien rythmé, qui ne s'étale pas dans la caricature et vas chercher des sons différents qui font bouger mon pied en cadence voir me trémousser derrière mon tablier. Dans la mesure où Rabbi Na'hman s'adressait aux hommes, on ne peut donc pas dire – si on est une femme – qu'on va passer Roch Hachana à Ouman parce que le Tsadiq l'a dit.

Cependant, même si le Tsadiq ne l'a pas demandé, une femme pourrait avoir l'envie d'aller à Ouman pour Roch Hachana.

Dans ce cas, un problème élémentaire se pose : est-il approprié pour quelques dizaines de femmes de se retrouver au milieu de milliers d'hommes ? La réponse est évidemment "non." Lorsqu'une femme se rend à Ouman pour le jour de l'an, elle se fait sans doute plaisir, mais cela est aux dépends de sa relation avec D-ieu. Pour quelle raison peut-elle croire que le Créateur prendrait du plaisir à la voir parmi tant d'hommes ?

Ainsi, je déconseille fortement aux femmes de se rendre sur la tombe de Rabbi Na'hman à l'occasion de Roch Hachana. Cela ne signifie absolument pas qu'elles ne peuvent pas s'y rendre à d'autres moments de l'année. De fait, il existe des voyages organisés – pour femmes – à d'autre périodes de l'année, avec l'avantage de payer bien moins cher que lors du jour de l'an, de s'y retrouver entre femmes et d'avoir une ambiance plus relaxante que la foule qu'on trouve à Roch Hachana.

Le Tiqoun HaKlali

Rabbi Na'hman a conseillé aux hommes de lire le Tiqoun HaKlali dans le cas où ils auraient commis une faute spécifique qui ne concerne que les hommes, que D-ieu nous protège. Ici aussi, une femme ne peut donc pas lire le Tiqoun HaKlali en pensant qu'elle répond à la volonté du Tsadiq.

Cependant, lorsqu'on sait que le Tiqoun HaKlali est composé de dix chapitres des Téhilim, il n'y a aucune raison d'en interdire la lecture aux femmes. De fait, si elles le lisent, elles feront la même chose que la plupart des hommes qui le font. Pour eux aussi, Rabbi Na'hman ne leur a jamais demandé de lire le Tiqoun HaKlali s'ils n'ont pas commis la faute spécifique à laquelle il faisait référence.

Il est certainement agréable de voir des centaines d'âmes juives lire les Psaumes, mais le plus souvent, elles le font pour se renforcer spirituellement et non pas parce que le Tsadiq leur a demandé. À la différence de la première question, la lecture du Tiqoun HaKlali ne possède aucun aspect négatif et peut donc être faite aussi souvent qu'on le désire.

Commentaire : Si la Tora qui avait été donnée par D-ieu à Moché était extrêmement puissante, la Tora que nous possédons est faible. La différence entre les deux s'explique par nos fautes, ainsi que celles des générations qui nous ont précédées.

À cause de sa faible force actuelle, la Tora n'est pas écoutée et son enseignement est l'objet constant d'attaques : des autres nations et de la nôtre. Logiquement, ce sont également les Tsadiqim qui sont pris à la légère.

Cette situation nous force à dépendre des tribunaux des autres nations pour punir les méchantes personnes qui s'opposent à la volonté du Créateur. Ainsi, ce sont des jugements pervertis dont nous dépendons. La véritable justice n'est plus de ce monde et il nous reste que la prière pour espérer ne pas en être les victimes.

If you encounter "an error occurred while processing your request" error message when attempting to download iPod Touch firmware, download the IPSW files from here (for 1st generation iPod Touch) or here (for 2nd generation iPod Touch).

iTunes will return to the previous iPod Touch main page. However, the "Check for update" option has now been change to "Update.
In Windows environment, press and hold Shift key and left click Update.

Locate and select iPod Touch OS 3.0 Apple Device Software Update IPSW file downloaded in step above.
The update process will start. iPod may reboot a few times. Do not disconnect iPod Touch until iTunes has completed updating iPod Touch.
Once upgrading is done, the iPod Touch will be on OS firmware 3.0, for free without any cent been paid.
Optionally, if you have choose to restore iPod Tunes to firmware OS software 3.0 at factory default, iTunes will offer option to either create a new iPod or restore it from backup. For user already created a backup of iPod, just restore the date files to upgraded iPod Touch.


Note: If there is an error when iTunes attempts to recognize iPod Touch, just unplug and plug the iPod back in again.
